Kemper is seeking a National Accounts Senior Sales Executive to lead development and growth of strategic relationships with national insurance carriers, brokers, and agencies. This remote role requires residence in TX, FL, AZ, CO, or CA and up to 50% travel.

The ideal candidate blends insurance expertise with consultative selling, executive relationship management, and strategic account planning, aiming to exceed sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of B2B sales experience in insurance, financial services, technology, or professional services.
• Established relationships with insurance carriers, brokers, agencies, or related stakeholders preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes sales strategies for national and alternative distribution accounts.
• Builds relationships with senior executives and stakeholders across carriers, brokers, and agencies.
• Identify opportunities to expand market share and revenue within assigned accounts.
• Negotiate contracts and manage opportunities with internal teams.
• Create sales forecasts, pipeline strategies, and revenue projections.
