Job summary

Kemper Corporation is seeking a National Accounts Sales Executive to develop and manage strategic relationships with national agencies, brokers, carriers, and distribution partners to expand Kemper Auto's growth and distribution capabilities.

You will drive revenue growth across large, complex accounts, lead negotiations, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver competitive, profitable solutions. Travel up to 50% across FL, TX, CO, CA is expected; bilingual Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, business development, agency management, or strategic account management.
• Experience managing national or enterprise-level accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and sales objectives.
• Established relationships with national agencies, brokers, carriers, or other insurance industry partners preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for national accounts and distribution partners.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with decision-makers across partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand strategic partnerships.
• Lead complex business development initiatives including negotiations and implementation.
• Collaborate with Product, Underwriting, Finance, Operations, Marketing and other stakeholders to craft competitive solutions.
• Lead executive business reviews and partner meetings to communicate priorities.
