Job summary

Kemper is seeking a National Accounts Senior Sales Executive to lead development, growth and management of strategic relationships with national insurance carriers, brokers, agencies and partners. This remote role requires up to 50% travel within the U.S.

You will drive revenue growth across large accounts, build long-term partnerships, and expand the organization’s presence in the insurance market, supporting non-standard products including Private Passenger Auto and Commercial Vehicle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• 7+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Proven record managing national or enterprise accounts with complex orgs.
• Strong consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes sales strategies for national accounts and strategic partners.
• Builds relationships with senior executives across carriers, brokers and agencies.
• Drives revenue growth and expands market share in assigned accounts.
• Negotiates contracts and leads opportunities with internal teams.
