Job summary

Frontier Direct is seeking a Territory Sales Executive to grow all channels, with a focus on employee benefits brokers, in markets with growth opportunities. This remote role requires being located in the Austin, Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, or San Antonio metro areas and involves travel up to 40% for meetings and events.

You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and collaborate across marketing, operations, finance, and account management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Proven experience growing a book of business in an assigned territory.
• Experience driving impact in a metrics/KPI-based environment.
• Experience developing and executing sales strategies.
• Self-funded, ancillary benefits industry experience preferred.
• Healthcare-related experience preferred.
• Experience building and owning relationships with employee benefits brokers in an assigned market.
• Candidates should expect up to 40% travel for client meetings and other business-related purposes.

Responsibilities

• Research designated market(s) and identify key decision-makers at relevant employee benefits firms
• Attend industry-specific trade shows and events
• Network and engage prospective contacts via cold call, email, LinkedIn, marketing campaigns to scheduling qualified meetings
• Engage with and open new employee benefits brokerage houses within designated market(s)
• Network with and continue to build on existing relationships within designated market(s)
• Continuously achieve weekly/monthly KPIs
