Frontier Direct is seeking a Territory Sales Executive to drive growth across channels with emphasis on employee benefits brokerages, targeting underdeveloped markets across the United States.

This remote role requires residence in the Austin, Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, or San Antonio areas, with up to 40% travel for client meetings and related activities. You will collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and account management to open new broker offices and deepen broker relationships.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Proven experience growing a book of business in an assigned territory.
• Experience driving impact in a metrics/KPI-based environment.
• Experience developing and executing sales strategies.
• Candidates should expect up to 40% travel for client meetings and other business-related purposes.

Aufgaben

• Research designated market(s) and identify key decision-makers at relevant employee benefits firms.
• Attend industry-specific trade shows and events.
• Network and engage prospective contacts via cold call, email, LinkedIn, marketing campaigns to scheduling qualified meetings.
• Engage with and open new employee benefits brokerage houses within designated market(s).
• Network with and continue to build on existing relationships within designated market(s).
• Continuously achieve weekly/monthly KPIs.
