Position Overview

We seek a highly motivated self-starter with a strong customer service background and a passion for helping people through innovative solutions. The ideal candidate can communicate effectively, build rapport easily, and leverage their customer service and sales experience. Proven leadership experience may lead to discussions about promotional opportunities.

Responsibilities
  1. Act as a point of contact between clients and the company.
  2. Negotiate sales terms and close sales with customers.
  3. Gather market and customer information to identify client needs.
  4. Respond to client inquiries and resolve objections to facilitate sales.
  5. Advise on product development and discuss promotions.
  6. Create proposal documents as part of the sales process.
  7. Provide clients with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations.
