Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter for this open position. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and a passion for helping people with innovative solutions. A successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively and build rapport easily with customers, utilizing their experience in customer service and sales. Responsibilities
  • Act as a point of contact between clients and the company.
  • Negotiate sales terms and close sales with customers.
  • Gather market and customer information to identify client needs.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve objections to facilitate purchases.
  • Advise on product development and discuss special promotions.
  • Create proposal documents as part of the sales process.
  • Provide clients with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations.
