Job summary

Southwest Accessory Group in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Territory Sales Account Manager to grow GM/Ford accessory sales by partnering with dealerships in a designated geographic area.

You will act as a trusted consultant, helping leadership identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction through training and ongoing support. This is a full-time, exempt role with travel across the territory.

Qualifications

• Outside sales or account management experience in a dealership context.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with dealership leadership across the territory.
• Improve sales processes and profitability of GM/Ford accessory lines.
• Meet or exceed monthly territory sales objectives and analyze performance.
• Design display and promotional materials; deliver training to staff.
• Provide on-site coaching and ongoing dealership support throughout the territory.
• Travel regularly to dealerships and attend meetings/training at corporate.
