Job summary

Paragon Pharma is seeking an enthusiastic Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (entry level and/or specialty) to educate physicians and other healthcare providers about our products, and to manage a territory with a patient-focused approach. You will drive sales while building strong relationships with medical professionals and clinics in your assigned area.

You’ll balance field activities with up-to-date product knowledge, leveraging Zoom for remote interactions and collaborating with management

Qualifications

• Some sales experience and/or abilities.
• Must be able to work remotely and the ability to use ZOOM software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to target health professionals to maximize sales growth and increase product volume.
• Possess effective selling skills and product knowledge to influence targeted health care professionals to prescribe promoted products.
• Analyze territory information to optimize routing and achieve sales results.
• Utilize sales tools, resources and supporting analysis to plan activity.
• Completion of industry specific certification/credentials such as the PSC, CNPR, or CMR.
• Leverage data and customer knowledge to build discussions around HCP's and patients’ needs.
• Actively pursue continuous learning and professional development on efficient sales, communication and product knowledge training.
