Job summary

Paragon Pharma is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep (Entry Level and/or Specialty) to educate, promote and sell pharmaceutical products to physicians and healthcare providers. You will manage your territory to maintain physician groups, clinics and offices, and work with management to reach sales goals.

The role supports remote work with Zoom, emphasizes strong communication, ethical selling, and ongoing product knowledge to succeed in a dynamic healthcare market.

Qualifications

• Some sales experience or abilities.
• Ability to work remotely and use Zoom.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to target health professionals to maximize sales growth.
• Possess effective selling skills and product knowledge to influence targeted health care professionals.
• Analyze territory information to optimize routing and achieve sales results.
• Utilize sales tools, resources and supporting analysis to plan activity.
• Completion of industry specific certification/credentials such as the PSC, CNPR, or CMR.
• Leverage data and customer knowledge to build discussions around HCPs and patients’ needs.
• Actively pursue continuous learning and professional development on efficient sales, communication and product knowledge training.
• Perform company business in accordance with all regulations and policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate high ethical and professional standards at all times.
