Job summary

ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking a VOE Territory Liaison to bridge VOE strategy with local execution across GA, TX, OK, and FL in a full-time remote role.

You will partner with VOE Advisors, Territory leadership, and volunteers to grow recruitment, stewardship, and engagement year-round. You will help develop territory-specific recruitment strategies, provide hands-on support across territories, and connect with community groups and networks to deepen local relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Travel about 30% of the time.
• Must reside in GA, FL, TX, or OK.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory volunteer recruitment strategies.
• Provide hands-on recruitment support across assigned territories.
• Support stewardship, engagement, and local outreach activities.
• Coordinate recognition events and use VOE tools and dashboards.
• Build relationships with local organizations and volunteer leaders.
