Uponor is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive profitable growth in commercial and residential markets. This remote role covers Texas, with ideal candidates in San Antonio or surrounding areas.

You will develop strategic plans, manage key accounts, and leverage SFDC for forecasting while collaborating with regional and marketing teams. The job requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 5–7 years of sales experience in major accounts and the construction market.

Formación

• This position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5-7 years' related sales experience.
• Knowledge of major account selling and the construction market is required.
• Experience in wholesale distribution and independent manufacturer rep model preferred.
• Must have excellent communication, planning and presentation skills.
• Experience in PHCP industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales and gross profit goals by executing the Market Plan.
• Develop Top 10 Target Contractor accounts with account plans.
• Manage project pipeline in SFDC for visibility and forecasting.
• Collaborate with National Accounts Team to align with corporate initiatives.
• Log meetings and share progress; train to promote Uponor's value proposition.
• Identify opportunities to contribute to business success.
