Job summary

Rebel Athletic is seeking driven outside sales representatives to grow our presence in the Allstar Cheer market. In this territory-based role you’ll meet programs in person, learn their needs, guide them through the process, and help them wear apparel they’re excited to wear.

This full-time position requires 40 hours per week with travel within your territory and some events outside standard hours. Compensation is draw against commission with an annual bonus opportunity and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• 2+ years outside or territory sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated experience in cold calling, prospecting, and closing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory without supervision.
• High level of organization and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM usage.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close.
• Conduct in-person presentations, fittings, and product demonstrations.
• Drive urgency in the sales process and move opportunities forward.
• Close business consistently and convert prospects into long-term customers.
• Handle objections confidently and maintain control of the sales process.
• Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries, requests, and issues.
• Set clear expectations and ensure follow-through on all commitments.
• Deliver a high level of service that reinforces trust and drives repeat business.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate order execution and delivery timelines.
• Represent Rebel Athletic at competitions, trade shows, and industry events.
