Job summary

Rebel Athletic is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand our Allstar Cheer market. This remote, territory-based role requires heavy travel in the Denver area, field visits, and in-person presentations.

You’ll own the sales cycle, build relationships, and drive territory growth while coordinating with production and customer experience teams. You should bring 2+ years in outside sales, a proven closing track record, strong communication and time management skills, and a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside or territory sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated experience in cold calling, prospecting, and closing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory without supervision.
• High level of organization and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM usage.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close.
• Conduct in-person presentations, fittings, and product demonstrations.
• Drive urgency in the sales process and move opportunities forward.
• Close business consistently and convert prospects into long-term customers.
• Handle objections confidently and maintain control of the sales process.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries and issues.
• Set clear expectations and ensure follow-through on all commitments.
• Deliver a high level of service that reinforces trust and drives repeat business.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure order execution and delivery timelines.
• Represent Rebel Athletic at competitions, trade shows, and industry events.
• Build pipeline and territory development.
