Rebel Athletic is looking for driven Outside Sales Representatives to enhance our presence in the School Cheer market, primarily based in Little Rock, AR. This position involves extensive travel and hands-on customer engagement to meet their needs and guide them in creating custom apparel. Candidates must have 2+ years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of meeting sales goals, working independently in a dynamic environment.

The role provides commission-based compensation with benefits including PTO, insurance, and a 401(k) plan. The ideal candidate should also have a strong understanding of the cheer and athletic industries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside or territory sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory.

• Own and grow a defined geographic territory.
• Spend a minimum of 50% of time prospecting in the field.
