Job summary

Rebel Athletic, a fast-growing cheer and performance wear brand, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to expand our territory and deepen partnerships with programs and gyms.

You will travel within your territory, meet customers in person, tailor solutions, and guide them from initial contact to close, partnering with design, production, and customer experience teams to deliver on promises and grow revenue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside or territory sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated experience in cold calling, prospecting, and closing.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close.
• Conduct in-person presentations, fittings, and product demonstrations.
• Drive urgency in the sales process and move opportunities forward.
• Close business consistently and convert prospects into long-term customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Represent Rebel Athletic at competitions, trade shows, and events.
