Job summary

Bioventus LLC is seeking a remote Territory Manager Surgical to drive regional growth of our ultrasonic product portfolio in designated territory. This role spends time in hospitals and surgery centers, supporting clinicians and surgeons with on-site clinical assistance and product training while building long-term customer relationships.

Based in the Texas area with preferred hubs in Austin or San Antonio, you will manage quotas, coordinate with distributors, and launch new technologies,

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in OR, surgical or medical devices.
• Valid driver’s license in the United States.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Detail oriented with accountability and ownership.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned quota on a monthly and quarterly basis at 100% or higher.
• Maintains working knowledge of all Ultrasonic products.
• Prospects and lands new account opportunities.
• Cross sells and upsells to expand account business and supports the capital sale.
• Launches new technologies in assigned territory.
• Drive regional sales in existing accounts and penetrate targeted accounts.
• Coordinate and conduct in-services for Surgeons, OR staff and Sterile Processing prior to evaluations.
• Provide onsite clinical support to accounts during the evaluation process.
• Work closely with Regional Managers and Distributors to implement our model for strategic sales.
• Assist with labs, trade shows, training, and convention activities.
• Complete special projects as assigned by upper management.
