Bioventus LLC seeks an Associate Territory Manager Surgical to support and report to the Director of Sales for surgical case coverage in a designated area, leveraging knowledge of our equipment and local facilities. Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Background in nursing, surgical technology, paramedic experience, or B2B sales preferred.
• Medical sales experience and hands-on anatomy lab experience are a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in one of the 50 United States.
• Exceptional customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains product knowledge of BGS and Ultrasonic products.
• Provides case coverage for assigned accounts.
• Identifies upsell/cross sell opportunities and collaborates with TMs to expand accounts.
• Assigned quota based on territory alignment and expected to consistently meet and exceed assigned quota.
• Assist in Coverage of Local Meetings.
