Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for Residential Construction in Denver, CO. This field-based, remote role partners with Home Depot and Lowe's Pro ecosystems to grow share in residential construction and home services segments.

You will train sales reps, build strategic partnerships, and lead regional PRO events to drive end-user conversions. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in construction sales/marketing, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing or related fields.
Minimum 3+ years in Sales or Marketing for construction supplies with proven results.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization and multitasking skills.
Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Develop and convert top national and large regional end users by identifying prospects and building relationships.
Collaborate with Lowe's and THD outside/inside sales reps to train and assist in selling to targeted end users.
Form strategic partnerships with national associations and retailers to enhance sales across these channels.
Serve as the team expert for the residential construction trade vertical and drive conversions.
Identify and engage with large residential jobsites; build relationships for product seeding and research.
Plan and execute large PRO events in the region with Lowe's and THD.
