Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for Residential Construction in the Tampa/Orlando area. You will work with Home Depot and Lowe’s Pro ecosystems to expand trade partnerships, drive lead conversions, and deliver product knowledge training to end users.

The role requires building national and regional end-user relationships, developing KPIs, and planning large PRO events with major retailers. Travel up to 50% within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, or related fields; construction experience may substitute for education.
• 3+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies with a proven track record of results.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and convert top national and large regional end users; identify prospects and build relationships.
• Collaborate with Lowe's and THD sales reps to train and assist in selling to targeted end users.
• Form strategic partnerships with national associations to drive sales through retailers.
• Serve as team expert for a dedicated trade vertical and support conversions.
• Identify and engage large residential jobsites; build stakeholder relationships for seeding and research.
• Plan and execute large PRO events with Lowe's and THD.
