Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Retail Territory Manager in Reno, remote/field based. You will manage Home Depot and Lowe's accounts, drive top-line sales, and partner with store and district managers to execute territory plans.

You will analyze POS data using Power BI and Salesforce to inform activity and promotions, and lead activations with retail partners. The role requires 3–5 years in retail sales, ability to travel regionally, and physical ability to perform tasks such as

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Retail Sales experience in consumer goods.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work weekends (8–10 annually).
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing some physical tasks (ladder climbing, standing long hours).
• Ability to analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to develop growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line sales to meet quarterly and annual POS goals.
• Collaborate with store and district managers to align strategies with local goals.
• Analyze POS by store and promotions to craft territory sales plans.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations for inventory for promotions and events.
• Spearhead national event activations and local territory activations.
