Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings, a Westlake company, seeks a Territory Manager for North & West Texas. The role focuses on growing sales with distributors and contractors across Ft. Worth, Weatherford, Abilene, Lubbock, and Amarillo. Remote work is supported with significant travel within the territory.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in outside sales, a bachelor's degree, and strong presentation and communication skills, with Spanish language ability preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 3-5+ years' outside sales experience.
• Must be able to travel internationally and hold a valid passport.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or related field.
• Fluency in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.
• Educate distributors and contractors on Westlake solutions.
• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with distributors and contractors.
• Coordinate with internal teams and forecast monthly sales.
• Travel 60-70% within the assigned territory.
