Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings is seeking a Territory Manager for the North and West Texas markets. The role focuses on increasing sales revenue by promoting the company’s pipe and fittings solutions to distributors and their contractors.

A strong emphasis on education and relationship-building with distributors is essential to drive product adoption and market growth. The position requires 3-5+ years in outside sales, travel flexibility including international travel, and a Bachelor’s degree

Qualifications

• Must be currently residing in Northern or Western Texas (Ft. Worth, Weatherford, Abilene, Lubbock, Amarillo) and be able to travel within the assigned geographic territory (North & West TX) by car, plane or train.
• 3-5+ years' Outside Sales experience
• Must be able to travel internationally and hold a valid passport
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation, organizational, and time management skills
• Fluency in Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives set by management
• Create demand by educating Distributors and Contractors on the benefits of Westlake Pipe & Fittings' solutions
• Perform professional presentations or demonstrations of company's products and services
• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with Distributors and their Contractors, and other key contacts within the assigned geographic territory
• Travel 60-70% within sales territory
• Plan and organize sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for assigned territory
• Coordinate major bid strategy and maintain bid calendar
• Provide pricing, product availability and order status information to territory accounts
