Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings is seeking a Territory Manager for the North and West Texas region, including Ft. Worth, Weatherford, Abilene, Lubbock, and Amarillo. The role focuses on increasing sales revenue by selling solutions to distributors and their contractors across the territory.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of outside sales experience, a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, and be willing to travel up to 60-70% within the territory; fluency in Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of outside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or related field.
• Fluency in Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver's license and good DMV record.
• Strong presentation, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives set by management.
• Educate distributors and contractors on Westlake solutions to create demand.
• Perform professional presentations or demonstrations of products and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and contractors.
• Coordinate travel and manage territory to maximize sales efficiency.
• Provide territory analyses and market activity to management weekly/monthly.
