Azurity Pharmaceuticals seeks a Territory Manager to drive sales in an assigned geography, building relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts. You will develop and execute territory plans, analyze performance, and communicate clinical information effectively.

The role requires Bachelor's degree, 2+ years pharma or healthcare sales experience, and willingness to travel; hybrid work arrangement with some remote work is available, supporting strong patient outcomes and business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience; pharmaceutical or healthcare sales preferred.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales objectives.
Ability to work independently while managing a territory and relationships.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with corporate objectives.
Analyze territory performance, market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
Manage the territory as a business, prioritizing accounts and resources to maximize ROI.
Utilize CRM, sales analytics, and other data sources to optimize targeting, call planning, and territory execution.
Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales goals and performance objectives.
