Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience; pharmaceutical or healthcare sales preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Ability to manage a territory independently while maintaining key relationships.
• Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate clinical and scientific information effectively.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce, or equivalents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and travel as required.

• Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with objectives.
• Analyze territory performance, market dynamics, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

• Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and performance objectives.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Deliver compelling product presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Communicate deep product and clinical knowledge across settings.
• Ensure compliant, ethical, and professional business conduct.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and manage territory expenses within budgets.
