Job summary

Azurity Pharmaceuticals seeks a results-driven sales professional to develop and manage a geographic territory in the United States. You will engage physicians, nurses, and pharmacy partners through a mix of in-person and virtual visits, driving growth and profit across multiple subspecialties.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry sales experience.
• Demonstrated growth in sales while managing own territory and meeting/exceeding goals.
• Strong business acumen and ability to articulate clinical sales messages to Healthcare Providers.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and virtual engagement skills.
• Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Veeva).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan for a geographic area to target and build a network with key decision makers.
• Call on physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other healthcare staff across subspecialties.
• Manage hybrid relationships via in-person and virtual engagements to maximize efficiency.
• Call on retail pharmacies, both chain and independent.
• Use data sources to maximize strategies and opportunities with the greatest ROI.
• Attain or exceed assigned sales and profit goals.
• Manage territory data and activities in a CRM system.
