Job summary

Frontline Wildfire Defense is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business across the Pacific Northwest. The role focuses on prospecting, partnerships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience, with a strong emphasis on in-person visits and consultative sales.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of independent sales, experience with contractors/architects, and a track record of managing complex sales cycles. Expect remote work with regional travel and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in an individual contributor sales role.
• Proven success selling to B2B/B2C customers and working with contractors, architects, or trade professionals.
• In-home/consumer product sales background with complex sales cycles.
• Experience in adjacent industries (e.g., turf, premium materials, HVAC).
• Strong territory management and prospecting skills.
• Located in the Pacific Northwest.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the week for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Own an individual sales quota.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline from prospecting to installation.
• Self-generate new customer relationships and sales appointments.
• Manage sales pipeline and create new business opportunities.
• Conduct in-person site visits and sales consultations with potential customers.
• Meet with customers face-to-face and provide detailed consultations.
• Generate customer designs, proposals, and contracts.
