Job summary

Custom Building Products is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead retail sales with The Home Depot across the Pacific Northwest. You will develop and execute sales plans, grow product adoption, and manage key store relationships.

This remote role requires 3–5 years of field sales in building materials, strong communication, and travel within the territory. You will report to the National Sales Manager and contribute to revenue targets and market expansion.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in construction or building materials preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and manage high-volume accounts and retail stores.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain territory information to defend and grow market position.
• Manage sales volume, margins, and profitability for the territory.
• Coordinate internal communications and relationships with operations.
• Drive business development through prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing deals.
• Acquire product knowledge and deliver to The Home Depot divisions through targeted relationships.
• Provide market insights on trends, budgets, and standards to leadership.
• Achieve territory objectives by optimizing promotions and sales activity.
• Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
• Other duties as requested.
