Job summary

B. Braun Medical Inc. seeks a remote field sales professional to lead territory growth for the Minimally Invasive Laparoscopic portfolio across the assigned geography.

You will work with marketing, national sales leadership, and health-system accounts to align commercial strategy with field execution. You will train surgeons, nurses and OR staff, lead demonstrations, drive adoption, and build relationships with hospitals and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years of progressive sales experience in medical devices or healthcare.
• Proven success building and maintaining territory in a growth-oriented environment.
• Strong revenue growth and sales execution track record.
• Experience with surgeons, hospital systems, and complex healthcare selling environments.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to analyze market opportunities and translate insights into action.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, forecasting tools, and standard business applications.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory objectives and quotas.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to expand market share.
• Support product evaluations, trials, and conversions with onboarding and training.
• Lead in-field product demonstrations and clinical education for surgeons and OR staff.
• Partner with marketing and sales leadership on go-to-market strategy and launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons and hospital staff.
• Forecast, conduct business reviews, and report performance to leadership.
• Support strategic account development and complex health-system sales environments.
