Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in medical devices, surgical, or healthcare sales.
• Proven success building and maintaining an assigned sales territory in a growth environment.
• Experience selling to surgeons, hospital systems, and complex healthcare channels.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory objectives and quotas.
• Develop territory business plans to expand market share and adoption of laparoscopic portfolio.
• Lead product evaluations, trials and conversions with training for new customers.
