AESCULAP INC. is seeking a Territory Manager for the Washington DC/Baltimore area to drive sales of the Minimally Invasive Laparoscopic portfolio across assigned accounts.

This role collaborates with marketing and leadership to align commercial strategy with field execution. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in medical device or healthcare sales, strong surgeon relationships, and proven ability to deliver revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive sales experience in medical devices or healthcare.
• Proven ability to grow revenue through surgeon and hospital relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory objectives and quotas.
• Develop territory business plans to expand market share.
• Lead product demonstrations and clinical education for staff.
• Collaborate with marketing and national sales leadership on launches.
• Forecast, review performance, and communicate with regional leadership.
