Job summary

Aroa Biosurgery Limited in Central Maryland is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales of regenerative tissue products across hospitals and outpatient settings. This on‑site role focuses on building relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and procurement teams, delivering product presentations, in‑servicing, and clinical education in operating rooms.

You will develop territory plans, forecast activities, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with marketing, product development, and support

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years operating room (OR) sales experience in relevant surgical disciplines.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to develop and manage a sales territory with forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market adoption of products in assigned territory.
• Conduct product presentations, in-servicing, and clinical education in operating rooms and outpatient settings.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast activity, and report on sales performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including marketing, product development and customer support.
