Job summary

Superior Glove, a family-owned leader in hand protection, seeks a Territory Manager for MN, ND, and SD. Based in a home office, you will drive business growth, manage distributor relationships, and expand new accounts across the region while traveling as needed.

You will report to the VP of Sales, US, and own the territory with a strong focus on achieving targets, maintaining product knowledge, and building partnerships with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience in industrial safety products.
• Post secondary education in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Proven sales success and ability to grow distributor and new accounts.
• Willingness to travel frequently within defined territory and to Ontario onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Plan and operate within a defined territory to meet sales objectives with minimal supervision.
• Grow distributor accounts and actively seek new business opportunities.
• Communicate with external and internal customers to achieve company goals.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge and CRM records.
• Support leadership by driving ongoing projects and initiatives.
