Job summary

Mölnlycke Health Care is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to support the Great Plains region, including Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, parts of Nebraska and Iowa. You will develop key healthcare account relationships, drive Biogel Gloves sales, and plan strategically with distributors to hit targets in a dynamic team.

This role requires 3–5 years of healthcare sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel overnight 40–60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience; medical device or healthcare sales preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Intermediate computer proficiency (CRM, reporting tools).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required credentialing to perform job.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Overnight travel 40-60% required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with acute care accounts in assigned territory.
• Achieve Biogel Gloves Sales targets through consultative selling, product education, & strategic planning.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to maximize territory performance.
• Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and occasional field ride-alongs.
