Job summary

Stauffer Glove and Safety in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an Outside Sales Account Manager to drive regional market share and new sales growth within the territory. You will partner with regional branches and customer service to support customer needs and coordinate with cross-functional teams on bids and service agreements.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School degree or GED equivalent.
• Demonstrated sales success in industrial/safety distribution is a plus.
• Preferred advanced education degree or Associate’s degree with 5+ years in safety distribution.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals for the assigned territory.
• Prospect for new customers and develop buying cycles.
• Collaborate with National Accounts Manager to service large accounts.
• Manage and service existing and new customers in the territory.
• Coordinate bid information and renewal activity.
• Provide product training and onboard customers.
