Job summary

Alma Lasers is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Lexington, KY area. The role is remote with significant travel to physician offices and clinics across the region.

You will drive revenue by presenting products, generating leads, and guiding customers through the sales cycle. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of sales experience in medical or capital equipment, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2 years sales experience, preferably in medical or capital sales.
• High School diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with medical devices or laser sales is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by cold calling in person and on the phone.
• Attend conventions and represent Alma Lasers.
• Move customers through the sales cycle and close opportunities.
• Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports via CRM (Salesforce).
• Build relationships with dermatologists or plastic surgeons and other specialists.
• Collaborate with sales teams to meet individual and group quotas.
