Alma Lasers is seeking an Area Sales Manager for New England, based in Boston or remotely within the region. You will drive revenue by presenting our laser products to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and medical offices, manage leads, and move opportunities through the sales cycle.

This role requires strong communication, a proven sales record, and the ability to travel up to 60%. Salesforce experience and collaboration with Territory Sales Managers are important.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years sales experience preferably in Medical or Capital Sales
• High School diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Experience with medical devices, capital equipment, surgical devices, or laser sales a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce preferred

Aufgaben

• Meet or exceed quota established for the territory
• Generate leads by cold calling in person and on the phone
• Present Alma Lasers products to potential clients
• Attend conventions and represent Alma Lasers
• Move customers through the sales cycle and close deals
• Provide timely reports to the Regional Sales Director regarding the status of each lead and sales opportunity in the pipeline through Salesforce
• Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers and mentor the team
• Travel as required (up to 60%)
