Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–3+ years of experience, or 4+ years in relevant industry.
• Preferred clinical or science background.
• Proven sales performance and strong teamwork and organization.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to support sales strategies.
• 15–20% travel is required, may involve remote or urban areas.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quotas across Baxter’s Pharma, Access, Drug Delivery, Nutrition, and Fluid Therapy products.
• Implement sales strategies to deliver on volume, product mix, and profit objectives.
• Call on acute‑care hospital customers; deliver presentations and provide product information and education.
• Partner with Infusion Systems and cross‑functional teams to meet goals.
• Protect, service, and grow the existing customer base.
• Manage and optimize Baxter’s GPO contracts.
• Serve as a market information resource to management and marketing teams.
