Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
• 3+ years of medical/hospital sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to support sales strategies.
• Willingness to travel to remote and urban locations.
• Proven sales performance with strong teamwork and organization.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas across Baxter’s Pharma, Access, Drug Delivery, Nutrition, and Fluid Therapy products.
• Implement sales strategies to meet volume, product mix, and profit objectives.
• Call on acute-care hospital customers; deliver presentations and education.
• Partner with Infusion Systems and the Baxter team to meet goals.
• Protect, service, and grow the existing customer base.
• Manage and optimize Baxter’s GPO contracts.
• Provide market information to management and marketing teams.
