Job summary

Baxter International Inc. in the northern New Jersey market is seeking a Territory Manager to represent Baxter and our portfolio of Medication Delivery, Pharma, and Nutrition.

You will call on acute-care hospitals, deliver presentations, build relationships with Materials Management, Nursing, Pharmacy and Risk Management, and drive sales while growing existing accounts. This role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in medical/hospital sales preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills required.
• Willingness to travel to remote and urban locations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas across Baxter’s Pharma, Access, Drug Delivery, Nutrition, and Fluid Therapy products.
• Implement sales strategies and business plans to meet volume and profit objectives.
• Call on acute-care hospital customers and deliver presentations and education.
• Partner with Infusion Systems and Baxter team to meet goals.
• Protect, service, and grow the existing customer base.
• Manage and optimize Baxter’s GPO contracts.
• Serve as a resource for market information to management and marketing teams.
