Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Data analysis skills to inform and support sales strategies.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CoPilot).
• Willingness to travel 15–20% for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas across Pharma, Access, Drug Delivery, Nutrition, and Fluid Therapy product lines.
• Execute sales strategies and business plans to meet volume, mix, and profit targets.
• Contact acute-care hospital customers and deliver product presentations and education.
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships while optimizing GPO contracts.
• Provide market insights and feedback to management and cross-functional teams.
