Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–3+ years of experience, or 4+ years in the industry.
• Clinical or science background preferred.
• Proven sales performance and strong teamwork.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data to guide sales strategies.
• Proficiency with MS Office; travel 15–20%.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas across Baxter’s pharma, access, drug delivery, nutrition, and fluid therapy products.
• Implement sales strategies and execute business plans to deliver on volume, product mix, and profit objectives.
• Call on acute-care hospital customers; deliver presentations; provide product information, demonstrations, and education.
• Partner with Infusion Systems and the Baxter team to meet goals and objectives.
• Protect, service, and grow the existing customer base.
• Manage and optimize Baxter’s GPO contracts.
• Serve as a resource for market information to management and marketing teams.
