Responsibilities

• Manages commercial relationships with existing customers and addresses concerns to maintain MPC’s position as a preferred supplier.
• Develops strategies to increase MPC market share and grow commercial value in new and existing markets.
• Leads sales and marketing initiatives, promotes new products, and drives program execution.
• Reviews contracts and negotiates favorable renewals to add value.
• Manages contract administration per internal policies.
• Prospects new accounts and grows business within current relationships.
• Collects market intelligence to inform internal decisions on competition and regulation.
• Keeps abreast of industry issues, regulation, and market dynamics by market.
• Participates in industry events and customer activities.
• Identifies process improvements to reduce costs for customers.
• Assists in development, training and mentoring of junior staff.
