Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the launch and drive growth of its first commercial product across an assigned U.S. territory.

You will educate healthcare providers on the product, build trusted relationships, and achieve sales goals in a fast-paced biotech environment. The role requires 3+ years of pharma/biotech sales, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years pharma/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of sales success and customer relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex data.
• Excellent territory planning and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset; able to thrive in launch environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the disease state, data, and guidelines.
• Create and execute territory business plans aligned with brand strategy.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among HCPs.
• Analyze territory trends and identify opportunities; adjust plans as needed.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and maintain CRM data accurately.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and respond to inquiries with credibility.
