Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to launch and grow our first commercial product in an assigned US territory.

You will educate healthcare providers on the medicine, build trusted relationships, and drive product adoption while meeting sales goals in a fast-paced biotech setting. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of pharma/biotech sales experience, strong clinical acumen, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and building customer relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.

Responsibilities

• Territory Management / Business Execution: develop a territory plan and drive adoption and sales.
• Customer Engagement / Selling Excellence: deliver engaging product presentations and build trusted relationships.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Marketing, Training, Field Operations and Analytics.
• Compliance / Culture: maintain integrity and comply with policies and regulations.
• Travel: up to 60% travel within assigned territory.
