Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty sales experience preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and building relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex information.
• Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-paced launch environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Territory Management / Business Execution: develop territory plans, drive adoption, achieve sales goals, maintain CRM documentation.
• Customer Engagement / Selling Excellence: deliver strategic calls, build trusted relationships, present data and product value.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Marketing, Training, Field Ops, Analytics; share insights.
• Compliance / Culture: operate with integrity and adhere to all regulations and policies.
