Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to launch and grow its first commercial product across an assigned U.S. territory.

You will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, and drive product adoption to meet sales goals. The role requires strong selling skills, deep knowledge of disease state and guidelines, and the ability to develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty sales or launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Strong clinical acumen and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and guidelines.
• Build and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and sales objectives.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Deliver against sales goals, call activity, and launch milestones.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Provide timely market intelligence and support region meetings and programs.
