Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Territory Manager for its CardioMEMS therapy to drive adoption, open new accounts, and grow revenue across implanting centers and community hospitals. This remote role focuses on building high-impact clinician relationships, delivering clinical and strategic presentations, and negotiating value-based contracts.

You will manage quarterly business plans, collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams, and travel 60–70% within the territory to support HF clinics and customers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct healthcare sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Strong understanding of payor and insurance reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, HF clinics, administrators, and stakeholders.
• Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and value-based conversations.
• Plan and execute educational events on hemodynamics, GDMT, and biomarkers.
• Provide day-of-procedure support and post-operative troubleshooting as needed.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and develop quarterly business plans.
