Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of direct healthcare sales experience; 2+ years in cardiology preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed quota and open new accounts.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with physicians, HF clinics, administrators, and stakeholders. Present clinical, technical, and strategic content to drive therapy adoption. Lead pricing discussions and negotiations. Plan and execute education events.
• Account Management & Program Development: Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts and support priority accounts with a unified strategy.
• Market Development & Competitive Strategy: Identify new opportunities across implanting and community sites; develop territory strategies to increase market share.
